Before Work Commences
Scaffold to Erect
Week 1
- Access in Roof Created
- R.S.J.'s installed for floors & dormers
- Structural timbers start to go in and be weathered to prevent leaks
Week 2
- Structural floors and walls are built
- Tanks moved if necessary
- Windows added
Week 3/4
- 1st Inspection from Building Inspector
- First fix of eletrics and plumbing
- Floors laid
- Stairs put into place
Week 5/6
- Insulation fitted
- Walls plastered
Week6/7
- Doors, Skirting and Architive added
- Stair Spindels added
- Second Electrical and plumbing fix
Week 8
- Finishing Touches
- Final building inspector visit
