Delivery

All items are delivered  on a ups carrier.

90% of all roof windows are in stock and will be delivered in 3 days.

If an item is out of stock we will confirm delivery to you.

Roto standard blinds are delivered in max of 2 weeks from roto germany.

Energy saving blackout blinds are delivered in 4 working days.

Sun tubes,domes and ladders are on a 5 day delivery

 

Returns

All items are delivered on a carrier you must sign for check for damage any damage must be reported to our office in 24hrs and signed for damaged.

If you order the wrong window  you must call the office in 24hrs a charge will be made to recollect the parcel and the item will be refunded boxes must be return unopened.

Blinds are made to order so we cannot return them please make sure you order the correct size as per the code on the window frame and the correct manufacturer if you are unsure contact us and we can give you the correct size code.


Warranty

All blinds are covered by a 3 year blinds warranty
Roto windows are covered for 15 years
Velux windows are covered for 10 years



PAYMENTS

We use the paypal service which also takes all credit cards on-line fast and safely.
